The Youth Care Workers play a crucial role in providing direct care and support to adolescent girls in a 24/7 residential setting, promoting their emotional, social, and physical well-being.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct supervision and support to youth in the residential program, ensuring their safety, well-being, and adherence to program rules and guidelines.
Establish and maintain positive and supportive relationships with the girls, serving as a role model and mentor to help them develop essential life skills and positive coping mechanisms.
Assist in the planning, transportation and implementation of recreational activities for the youth.
Support the youth in developing and maintaining daily living skills, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores, as well as providing guidance on conflict resolution and problem-solving.
Serve as a positive and consistent presence in the lives of the youth, demonstrating empathy, patience, and effective communication in all interactions.
Monitor and document the youths' progress, behaviors, and incidents, maintaining accurate and timely records in compliance with program and regulatory requirements.
CERTIFICATE/LICENSE/REGISTRATION:
CPR/FA Certification Current driver's license, clean driving abstract and current car insurance.

One year of experience working with youth.
