Responsibilities:

Assists in planning of daily activities of clients.
2.
Transports clients as needed and assigned.
(Day/Evening shift) 3.
Assists as needed in maintenance of grounds and buildings.
4.
Serves as the clearing house for all communication with clients, families, other agencies and community resources.

Keeps a written log documenting events that occurred during the shift CERTIFICATE/LICENSE/REGISTRATION:
CPR/FA Certification Current driver's license, clean driving abstract and current car insurance.
EDUCATION AND/OR
Experience:

Degree or GED 2.
Previous experience working in a substance abuse treatment center preferred.
